Since 1952 St.LukesHealth has been committed to private health insurance that offers genuine care for Tasmanians. That means being locally owned and not-for-profit, ensuring they answer to their members - not shareholders. And it means investing their efforts and profits back into the community. The Problem

St.LukesHealth has a predominantly Tasmanian customer base. Given the geographical spread throughout Tasmania, St.LukesHealth wanted to ensure that members could claim benefits easily and efficiently – whether they were near a customer care centre or not. They wanted to ensure that their online member services tool was sufficient for the future and had the functionality their members needed.

The Solution

An updated and improved system offering a more attractive and easier to navigate interface. It delivered SLH with a customer facing Online Member Servivices system that is available via web and mobile apps for Android and iOS.

We delivered a modern, attractive and expandable platform. Seamless and robust integration to the SLH backend system.
